Is this paid?
Currently volunteer with significant perks (free activities, experience, recognition). As we grow and generate revenue, we'll create paid positions - and you'll be first in line!
How much time do I need to commit?
Depends on the role - typically 4-8 hours/week. See individual role descriptions for specifics.
Do I need to be in Lima?
Most roles yes. Some (like Social Media Lead) could be remote if you're in a similar timezone and visit Lima occasionally.
What if it's not a good fit?
No hard feelings! You can step back anytime. We want people who are excited to be here.
