Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential partners
Negotiate venue deals and discounts
Maintain relationships with existing partners
Coordinate sponsored activities
Track partnership ROI
Represent Lifestyle Hub at networking events

Skills Needed

✅ Must Have:

•Strong networking and communication skills
•Business or sales experience
•Based in Lima
•Professional demeanor
•Bilingual (English/Spanish)

•Existing Lima business connections
•Experience with sponsorship deals
•Marketing background
•Knowledge of venues and activity providers

Success Metrics

Secure 3-5 venue partnerships
Negotiate 10-20% discounts for members
Generate sponsorship opportunities
Expand activity offerings through partnerships
