Be the heart of our community! Engage with members, moderate discussions, welcome newcomers, and create the warm, inclusive atmosphere that makes Lifestyle Hub special.

Responsibilities

Welcome new members and help them get started
Moderate comments and discussions
Organize member introductions and icebreakers
Respond to member questions and concerns
Gather feedback and suggestions
Foster connections between members
Plan community-building initiatives

Skills Needed

✅ Must Have:

•Excellent communication skills
•Empathetic and patient personality
•Experience with online communities
•Available to check in daily
•Fluent in English

💡 Nice to Have:

•Bilingual (English/Spanish)
•Previous community management experience
•Understanding of Lima expat experience
•Conflict resolution skills

Success Metrics

Respond to member inquiries within 24 hours
Maintain positive community atmosphere
Increase member engagement
Reduce member churn through proactive outreach
