Volunteer • 3-5 hours/week • Lima (in-person required)

Responsibilities

Lead 1-2 specific activities per week
Provide instruction and guidance to participants
Ensure safety and inclusivity
Manage equipment and logistics
Welcome newcomers and build community
Suggest improvements for your activity

Skills Needed

✅ Must Have:

•Expertise in your chosen activity
•Enthusiastic and welcoming personality
•Available consistently (same days/times)
•Based in Lima
•Basic English communication

💡 Nice to Have:

•Coaching or instruction experience
•First aid certification
•Bilingual (English/Spanish)
•Connections to activity venues

Success Metrics

Lead consistent weekly activities
Maintain high participant satisfaction
Grow activity attendance over time
Create welcoming environment for all skill levels
